control services for large and small scale events.
Since 1999, Dan has grown his business from 8 to over 1800 staff members and from 16 events over 9,400 events throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
A graduate of the University of Richmond, Dan completed industry internships and work experiences with the New York Yankees, Richmond Renegades hockey franchise, and Richmond Coliseum. Upon graduation, Dan worked at
the Richmond Coliseum as Marketing Assistant before taking promotions to Event Coordinator and eventually Operations Manager.
Dan states that, during these internships, he "developed an understanding for the full picture
of the industry and just how hard you have to work to be fully prepared on event day." At nearly every event, Dan believes that success is contingent upon strong integration with all parties involved including the event promoter(s), venue representatives, and local law enforcement/government officials.
Throughout his career, Dan has served on numerous state and local advisory boards, commissions and/or other association and has been instrumental in numerous community initiatives.
