As a part of our goal, to be our customers "Landscape Asset Manager," managing or modifying irrigation systems in order to help improve irrigation water use efficiency is a big part. The technology is rapidly changing and we work hard to make sure we evaluate all the tools we can utilize and propose to ensure you have the best, most cost effective options.
As a part of this, we developed the position of Water Manager and promoted Artemio Morales to this new position at the beginning of 2018. He is our technical expert in all irrigation management procedures and tools we use and promote. He is certified as a Water Manager, Water Auditor and Irrigation designer through the Irrigation Association.
Artemio and Adam Flint were in Long Beach last week at the Irrigation Association Show
where Artemio attended several seminars, tested to increase his certifications, and both spent hours on the trade show floor working with manufacturers in evaluation of their new technologies. We are excited about some new technologies to help improve the ROI of Weather-Based irrigation. Stay Tuned!
Did you know that the average price for water in the Portland Metro area has doubled in the past 6 years?
The reason for the differing rates varies but the point we want to make is to prepare for annual increases greater than the overall inflation as that has been the pattern for the past 7 years and will likely continue. This is increasing the value and need for weather based irrigation.

If you don't have weather based irrigation control, you need to consider it as it makes sense for most properties.
