With a strong focus on RELIABILITY, REC crews worked overnight Saturday into early Sunday morning to replace insulators at a substation serving the Wilderness area of Orange County and a portion of Culpeper.

Line workers needed eight bucket trucks to assist them as they worked as quickly and safely as possible to upgrade equipment to prevent future power outages.
