This season, I’ve been soaking up inspiration and color everywhere I go. We’re lucky to live in an area rich with museums, exhibits, and special events. Have you seen my recent posts on Instagram and Facebook with lots of great colorful photos?

The Orchid Show at the NY Botanical Garden — We enjoyed a lush, vibrant walk through in greenhouses bursting with orchids in every shape and hue.

Magazzino Italian Art, Cold Spring — Immersive, visual installations and creative expression in every room. The exterior landscape around the main buildings is also beautiful to view.

The MET, NYC — Always inspiring. From the shimmering Tiffany windows to ancient Egyptian artifacts, it's a visual journey through time.

If you need something to do as you wait for the flowers to come up in your garden, I suggest a visit to one of these gems for your color fix. ~ Denise

We’re making exciting progress on our primary suite renovation. Inspections are complete, walls are going up, and tile has been ordered.

Everything is moving smoothly—and we’re right on track.

YORKTOWN IN THE WOODS

Our first floor renovation in this wooded oasis is moving full speed ahead. Stunning kitchen countertops are now in place, and the new front porch is taking shape over the reimagined entryway. Stay tuned as we put the finishing touches in place.

Amazing design inspiration from the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) and the International Builders Show (IBS) that took place on February 25–27 in Las Vegas. The events were packed with innovative ideas and standout products—I couldn’t wait to return and share the highlights with you.

Las Vegas Sparkle

While attending the trade show, I took some time to explore the iconic hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. It was a visual candy store—bursting with bold design, dazzling lights, sparkle, and vivid color. The hotel lobbies were absolutely breathtaking, and the food and restaurants were nothing short of top tier. Can you believe these photos?
