Dear Parents,
We acknowledge that there have been several changes recently that may have come as a surprise to you, but we want to assure you that all of these changes have been thoughtfully planned and are designed to benefit our faculty, our students, and our school as a whole. We are genuinely enthusiastic about these improvements. We are eager to discuss these developments with you and address any concerns you may have. In case you missed it...
- The Dress Code at Grace will remain the same as in previous years, with one change: no short shorts—all shorts must have a 3" inseam or longer. The official dress code can be found on the Grace School website under "Current Families."
- Extended Day Care is undergoing a rebranding! We're thrilled to announce our partnership with Right At School. EDC is now Grace+ (Grace plus). We're excited about this change, which significantly improves our previous processes. Our goal is to address capacity issues, streamline sign-ups and payments, and offer more active, engaging, educational, and fun activities for our students. We highly encourage you to attend the informational Zoom meeting on Wednesday, July 10th. Further details, including the Zoom link, are attached.
- All electronic school payments can no longer be made through Vanco. For now, you can still make electronic payments via Gradelink. However, we will soon transition to using FACTS for all payments, including tuition. You will be able to access FACTS through your Gradelink account, or you can bookmark the direct FACTS login link in your browser. This change is aimed at enhancing your experience as a parent by reducing frustrations and simplifying the payment process that we encountered with Gradelink.
