As we celebrate Women's History Month, it is important to reflect on the remarkable journey of women who have paved the way for us all. Throughout history, women have faced countless challenges and barriers, yet time and time again, they have risen above adversity with resilience, strength, and grace.

As a female CEO in the credit union industry, I am inspired by the trailblazing women who came before me, breaking down barriers and shattering glass ceilings. From the suffragettes who fought for women's right to vote to the fearless leaders who challenged societal norms in the boardroom, women have always been at the forefront of progress.

Today, we stand on the shoulders of those courageous women who dared to dream and dared to defy expectations. We owe it to them to continue their legacy by empowering future generations of women to reach for the stars and pursue their passions without hesitation.
