Marcy Angulo is one of His House Angels who helps advocate for our kids in so many ways! Marcy partners with friends, families, and local businesses to create unforgettable memories for our kids here at His House Children?s Home.  Marcy has been a part of creating opportunities for our kids to be a part of various fun activities such as a Christian Concert, Monster Mini Golf, Bowling, and is currently putting together an opportunity for our kids to go Segway riding. Her passion and her heart for our kids is truly exceptional! Our kids not only get to experience activities and memories that they normally wouldn?t have the chance to experience, but they are gaining the love of a friend and mentor. Marcy?s Joy, Energy, Smile, and Love always brighten and enhance our children?s lives. The outings are part of sharing her love but Marcy goes above and beyond to make sure our kids are excelling and that they know how loved and cherished they are in all areas.  We are truly grateful for Marcy and can?t thank her enough for being part of the His House family and sharing these moments with our kids!

The moment Carolina Bravo found out about His House Children?s Home, she knew the Lord had called her to bless and pour into the lives of our girls. She was particularly touched by the story of so many of our children, who bravely cross the border and arrive to the United States in search of a better future, and escape violence and poverty. She decided to reach out to the young girls in our care that have gone through this ordeal, and make a difference in their lives. Following her heart, and with the strength and initiative that characterizes her, it was not long before she organized her group of friends, and recruited the help of her local church El Rey Jesus to materialize her ideas. This is how Carolina started a Ministry that month by month comes with wonderful activities, amazing gifts, a word from God, and lots of love. To this date Carolina has ministered the lives of many of our girls. Her work is remarkable and beautiful. The His House Family is beyond thankful for her faithfulness and support!

Front Desk Coverage:  We could use some help answering the phones at our Front Desk. The Last Thursday of every month from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Please contact Karen if you are available at kramirez@hhch.org or 305.430.0085 ext. 273.

Direct Childcare: We are in need of volunteers during the following times to help with direct child care: Monday - Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
