Sheet Pan Salmon with Potatoes and Green Beans

This week's recipe is a sheet pan meal. Sheet pans are a great meal prepping tool as you can batch cook (prepare multiple portions at once), they use only 1 pan making cleanup quick, and are great for leftovers. This recipe makes a serving for 4 with leftovers for 2 meals as a lunch. Double the sauce as well to use later in the week on steak, chicken, fish, or tofu.
