Here are some easy tips to help you stay out of the candy bowl this Halloween!
• Buy candy that you are less likely to eat. If you buy candy that is not your favorite, you will be less likely to indulge or take a piece when you pass by.
• Move the candy jar Stash the candy in a cabinet in the house or in the office break room so you won’t be tempted every time you see it. If candy is out in the open you are more likely grab a piece.
• Know what 150 calories looks like: 7 Hershey’s Kisses, 6 rolls of Smarties, 6 mini Musketeers. It is easy to over do it with the smaller sized treats!
