Commonwealth vs. Jonathan Reed
On August 27, 2019, Reed pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 12 years on the following charges:

  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Fentanyl, a Class C Felony,
  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Meth, More than 2 grams, a Class C Felony, and
  • 3 Counts: Trafficking in Cocaine, Less than 4 grams, Class D Felonies.

The Graves County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office thanks the Kentucky State Police and the Mayfield Police Department for their hard work on the case.
Commonwealth vs. Albert Blalock
On August 27, 2019, Blalock pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 5 years on the following charges:

  • Burglary, 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

Commonwealth vs. Breea M. Cherry
On August 27, 2019, Cherry pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 1 year on the following charge:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Offense, a Class D Felony.

In 2017, Cherry was granted probation on a 3 year sentence. As a result of this conviction, her probation was revoked and that 3 year sentence will be served consecutive to this 1 year sentence for a total sentence of 4 years.

Commonwealth vs. Christopher Eigenrauch
On August 27, 2019, Eigenrauch pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 1 year on the following charge:

  • Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Offense, a Class D Felony.

Commonwealth vs. Anthony Roberts
On August 27 2019, Roberts pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 3 years on the following charges:

  • 2 Counts: Burglary, 3rd Degree, Class D Felonies.

Commonwealth vs. Charles Russell
On August 27, 2019, Russell pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to 5 years on the following charge:

  • Theft by Deception, More than $10,000.00, a Class C Felony.

Commonwealth vs. Ricardo Alatorre
In 2018, Alatorre was granted probation on a 1 year sentence for Flagrant Non-Support and a 1 year sentence for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration, 1st Offense.

On August 27, 2019, Alatorre's probation was revoked for again failing to comply with the sex offender registration and failing to comply with the terms of his probation. His sentences will run consecutively for a total sentence of 2 years.

Commonwealth vs. Anthony Travis
In 2016, Travis was granted probation on a 6 year sentence for Burglary, 2nd Degree, and Theft by Unlawful Taking. In 2017, he was granted probation on a 1 year sentence for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Meth, 1st Degree, 1st Offense.

On August 27, 2019, Travis's probation was revoked for Absconding and failing to comply with the terms of his probation. His sentences will run consecutively for a total sentence of 7 years.
