In I Am's Hands
Purpose-Driven Answers
"I feel so confused about where I am and what I'm supposed to do. What is my purpose, how do I get there and what am I supposed to be doing," has been a common outcry I 've heard these past few days. Always, my natural inclination is to direct them to the one who created them, I AM.
Many times we want to feel we are in this alone, unfortunately that type of thought pattern can be detrimental. When we isolate ourselves we become more consumed with what is for us and what others can do for us that we forget the picture is a lot bigger than us. Self-serving attitudes and actions only lead to destructiveness and limitation.
God wants us to understand the magnitude of the role he plays within each of us, but he also wants us to understand the magnitude in which we play in each other's lives.
I AM, the God within each of us connects us and unifies us. We are united. Together we exemplify unity. As a unit, our actions and behaviors have direct consequences on the larger group. When one member is affected everyone is affected. You cannot get around it. We are divinely connected.
Although we are connected, the specialness that makes each of us unique is quite obvious. God equips us with the wherewithal to define who we are because of the talents and gifts He has given us individually. We have been divinely given the talents we need to uniquely define who we are and to chart, with the help of I AM, our destinies as we strive to fulfill our purpose.
Each of us has been equipped through I AM to self-determine who we are in creating a prosperous and healthy environment as we evoke the Spirit of I AM. Determining who we are and where we're going is up to us. No human has the right to do that for us. Only God has that right.
When we seek God's guidance and direction in determining our self and allow the I AM power that dwells in each of us to be our guiding force, the veil that prevents us from understanding our purpose is lifted. Allowing God, the I AM of the Universe, to guide and lead us we will always realize the expected purpose that he has for our lives. When we squander precious energy and time trying to define it ourselves, we come up against mental strongholds that prevent us and continually tell us that we are not worthy to experience the abundant life God envisions.
We ask the question, "What is my purpose?" The spirit of I AM that dwells in each of us also has the answers to the purpose-laden questions that loom in our lives. His purpose is for us to be spiritually, abundantly whole. The great "I AM," Almighty God, never intended for us to live in lack and limitation in any areas of our lives.
His purpose is for us to have the desires of our hearts. His purpose is for us to have power and a sound mind, not to be controlled by foreign substance, but to be controlled and guided by divine peace, joy and love. We are to walk in His divine guidance as He transforms our minds and mental strongholds crumble so we can know our true purpose. Our purpose includes a supernatural peace, an inexplicable joy and love that permeate within as well as without as we embrace the Spirit of I AM in becoming all I AM saw--spiritual, abundance and wholeness.
