On this sad occasion, the Pastor, Board of Trustees, and all the auxiliary bodies of St. Sarkis Church, extend their heartfelt sympathy to Martin’s family members.

Graduating from Allen Park High School, Martin continued his education and attended Eastern Michigan University.

Entering the workforce, he began working for the Union Paper Company.

In his leisure time he enjoyed playing golf and was a fan of the Detroit Red Wings.

Devoted to his parents, Martin was a kind person who will be missed by his family and friends.

Martin’s beloved parents are the late Steve and Margaret Surmanian; Dearest brother and sister, Richard Surmanian, Karyn (Chuck) Danyo; Cherished niece and nephew, Dayna (John) Delia and Chuck Danyo; Also many other cousins, relatives and friends.

SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS

Visitation will take place on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church, 19300 Ford Rd., Dearborn, MI 48128.
