Constable Grants 2019
Application process now open for Episcopal Church Constable Fund Grants - Application Deadline: August 30, 2019

As in previous years, Province II will consider Constable Grant applications. Council may submit only one application endorsed by the Province. In light of the August 30th deadline for Provincial Council to submit its endorsed application, for an application to Council to be considered it must be submitted via email to by July 30, 2019. Applications can be submitted by: (1) one of the Provinces of The Episcopal Church; (2) one of the interim bodies of General Convention; or (3) a program office of The Episcopal Church.

Violent crime, such as armed robbery, is common, and incidents of kidnapping have occurred. Local police may lack the resources to respond effectively to serious criminal incidents, and emergency response, including ambulance service, is limited or non-existent.
