We regret to inform you of the loss of a great Skålleague, Jay H. Harry (SI Central Pennsylvania).

Jay H. Harry, 70, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Lancaster General Hospital. He was the husband of Melanie Alexandre Harry with whom he would have celebrated 27 years of marriage on December 7th. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Jay H. Harry, Sr. and Barbara Depew Harry.
Jay graduated from Columbia High School, the University of Alabama and Millersville University, earning his Masters Degree in history. After teaching at both York Central and Warwick High Schools, Jay established Bon Voyage Travel Lancaster, in 1983. He was a member of the Columbia - Middletown B.P.O.E #1074 and SKÅL International.In addition to his wife, survivors include his aunts, uncle & cousins and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eugene and Patricia Alexandre; his sisters-in-law, Suzanne, wife of Michael Kempf; Michele, wife of Warren Persak and their children and grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc., 519 Walnut St., Columbia, PA 17512 on Friday, May 25, 2018 promptly at 11:00 a.m. There will be no public viewing, however the family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. At the request of the family, please omit flowers.
