In-season High School Development

Registration is now open for Paradigm Sport’s Spring High School Performance Training and Hitting Programs! Our Spring program runs from February 2nd, 2026 through May 23rd 2026.

NEW this spring:

This spring, we are slightly restructuring our High School Hitting Program to better accommodate in-season athletes. Our goal is to help players feel strong, healthy and confident without adding unnecessary fatigue.


Performance Training is the foundation, helping athletes maintain strength, speed and durability throughout their season. Hitting sessions act as a supplement for players who want extra reps or targeted skill work.



For this reason, we are separating Performance Training and Hitting sessions, giving families the flexibility to choose from a variety of membership options, whether you would like to pair both or keep them separate based on your athlete’s needs.


To keep things simple and fully aligned with the rhythm of the high school season, both Performance Training and Hitting will run as full 16-week seasonal programs with no cancellations. This structure allows our staff to properly plan training volume, progressions, and coaching support, while giving athletes the consistency they need to stay healthy and perform their best throughout the spring.


If you are unsure where to start, we encourage families to prioritize Performance Training. Our staff is always happy to help guide you toward the best fit for your athlete’s schedule and goals.

Performance Training Description:

Our Performance Training program provides our High School athletes everything needed to excel. Each athlete receives customized programming that is designed to improve speed, power, mobility, strength, and conditioning. Our coaches work tirelessly to ensure optimal lifting technique and safety for all athletes.


Performance Training Days & Times:

Weekly slots available


Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

  • Performance Training: 7pm-8pm


Saturday

  • 10am-11am, 12pm-1pm


Please note: Performance Training sessions will not be held after hitting sessions this spring. With games and practices in full swing, we recommend scheduling hitting and Performance Training on different days if your athlete will be participating in both.


Hitting Description:

During the season, athletes need reps. Since many will not get enough live work at team practices, we are emphasizing high quality, high volume hitting sessions that build confidence and consistency at the plate. The Spring Hitting program will allow athletes more repetitions outside of game competition and help players to improve their swing mechanics, consistency, and work on any necessary adjustments from competition. Athletes will use proven and innovative technology, such as HitTrax, alongside the expertise of our professional coaching staff.

Saturday

  • Hitting: 9am-10am, 11am-12pm


Sunday

  • Hitting: 3pm-4pm, 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm



Booking Window:

Book your sessions weekly in 14-day booking window. This gives you the flexibility to sign up for classes up to two weeks in advance. Please make sure you’re actively managing your bookings and adhering to our 6-hour cancellation window, so everyone has fair access to sessions. All sessions must be pre-booked through the Mindbody app

Options: 

Our in-season training options are designed to support your athlete without overloading them during school, practices, and games. Families may choose performance training, hitting, or a combination of both.


Performance Training (Recommended Foundation)

  • 2x per week: $279 every 4 weeks
  • 3x per week: $319 every 4 weeks


Hitting Training (Standalone)

  • 2x per week: $279 every 4 weeks


Performance + Hitting Add-On

Athletes enrolled in performance training may add hitting at the following rates:

  • Hitting 2x per week: +$179 every 4 weeks


Please note that the hitting option you choose will stay the same for the entire program.


Payment Schedule:

  • Payments will be charged every 4 weeks on February 2nd, March 2nd, March 30th and April 27th. (4 payments total).


Makeup Days: NO makeup days will be provided for individual absences.


Waitlist: If the program is full, we will have a waitlist available. Please call the front desk at (831) 426-9500 to be added to the waitlist.
