Latest Headlines
Edina High School students who completed Advanced Placement tests last spring received scores of 3 or more at a rate higher than any of the past five years, according to the 2018 AP School Score Summary from the College Board.
Edina Public Schools is pleased to announce 16 seniors from Edina High School have been named semifinalists in the 64th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. 
Edina Public Schools will hold a hiring event on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Edina Community Center, Room 351. There are approximately 40 open positions in the district.
Anushka Thorat, an EHS junior, has been selected to serve on the Minnesota Youth Council, representing Minnesota Congressional District 3. The Minnesota Youth Council is a collaboration of youth and adults working together to empower and mobilize young people across the state to exercise their voices, opinions, and ideas and take action on issues affecting youth.
Chef Robert Velarde, food service kitchen manager at Concord Elementary, recently received silver and bronze medals at the Green, Local and Sustainable Cooking Competition at the St. Paul Farmers Market.

Sept. 24 School Board Meeting Preview
The agenda for the Sept. 24 regular meeting of the School Board includes:
  • Report on the Early Education Program
  • Action on the proposed tax levy for 2018 payable 2019

A complete meeting agenda is posted three days prior to the meeting.
The next regular meeting of the School Board is Monday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m., ECC Room 349.

Q&A Sessions are held as requested. View more information about Q&A sessions and the form to submit questions. Questions must be submitted by 3 p.m. one week prior to each session. Sessions are held at 6:30 p.m., prior to a regular Board meeting.
