Cottonwood Restaurant & Clubhouse Closure Notice – Pool Electrical Connections
As part of continued progress on the new Cottonwood Pool renovation project, major electrical connections and infrastructure work are scheduled to begin
Monday, May 18.
To safely complete this work, the following Cottonwood facilities will be temporarily closed:
-
Cottonwood Restaurant & Bar – May 18th through possibly May 20th
-
Courtyard Area – May 22nd
-
All Cottonwood Meeting Rooms – May 22nd
Depending on the progress and completion of the electrical connections, portions of the facility may reopen sooner than expected. Our team and contractors will work diligently to minimize disruptions and restore operations as quickly and safely as possible.
This electrical work is a critical component of the new pool project and will support long-term improvements to the Cottonwood amenities. While temporary closures are never ideal, these upgrades are necessary to complete the infrastructure required for the new pool and surrounding facilities.
We appreciate the patience, understanding, and support of our homeowners and guests as we continue moving this exciting project forward. Additional updates will be provided as work progresses.
Thank you for your continued support of the Cottonwood Pool renovation project.
New Dress Code Standards Adopted for Cottonwood & Palo Verde
The Board of Directors of Sun Lakes Homeowners Association No. 2 has recently approved updated Dress Code Standards for the Cottonwood and Palo Verde Clubhouse facilities, restaurants, lounges, patios, and golf courses.
These updated guidelines were developed to help maintain the comfortable, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere that homeowners and guests have come to expect throughout our community while also recognizing today’s more relaxed golf and athletic lifestyles.
The revised standards provide additional clarity on acceptable attire across various areas of the clubs and are intended to create consistency across facilities while balancing comfort, fashion trends, and the traditions of club dining and social environments.
