Cottonwood Bar & Grill continues to offer daily dining and bar service for members and guests.

- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Daily)
- Sunday Brunch Buffet: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Daily)

Palo Verde Sunday Update
Palo Verde has introduced a limited food menu on Sundays, available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., following Sunday Brunch service.
Beverage service will continue until 7:00 p.m.
This provides members with an additional Sunday afternoon dining option in a relaxed setting.
Sun Lakes Neighborhood Watch
Community Meeting
Come learn about the Sun Lakes Neighborhood Watch Organization and how they build community, safety and connections amount neighbors! The are meeting February 10th @ 4:30pm in the San Tan Ballroom at Cottonwood. Special Guests include Kevin Hartke, Mayor of Chandler, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff’s Posse.
Cottonwood Pool Renovation Update
Site Visit / Inspection Report – January 28, 2026
Representatives from Aqua Design International and Shasta Pool conducted a recent site visit and inspection. The project continues to move forward smoothly.
Key Progress Highlights:
- Overall Progress: Pool and spa construction is progressing well. Plumbing is approximately 90% complete.
- Infrastructure: Under-drains and sight tubes are in place, and equipment room stubs have been installed.
- Backfill Preparation: Gravel for the pool and spa floors is staged on-site and will be ready for backfilling once permit approval is received.
- Plumbing Quality: Plumbing is currently being prepared for the PSI test. The workmanship has been noted as high quality, and the fitting counts have been verified as correct.
- Materials Update: Pool drains are expected to arrive shortly, keeping the project timeline on track.
