This is your opportunity to hear directly from the candidates, learn about their priorities, and better understand their vision for our community before voting begins.
Your participation is important. The decisions made in this election will help guide the future direction, financial stewardship, and long-range planning of Cottonwood and Palo Verde.
We strongly encourage all homeowners to attend, ask questions, and be engaged in the process.
Additional election timeline details and voting information will be communicated leading up to the Annual Meeting.

Monday, February 23 – Ballots E-mailed to registered homeowners by Vote Now

Friday, February 27 – Voting system available to registered homeowners

Monday, March 9 – In-Person Voting (2:00 – 4:00 PM)

Wednesday, March 11 – Last day for registered voters to cast an online ballot

Pool Construction Update
We are pleased to report continued progress on the pool and spa renovation project:
The Cottonwood pool subcommittee of the recreation and entertainment committee, along with management, invites all homeowners of Cottonwood/Palo Verde to view the features selected for the new pool under construction. On March 10th, beginning at 10:00 am, a table will be set up outside the lecture room of the CLC building with examples of the tile, coping, colors, and furniture selected for homeowners to view. The recreation and entertainment committee will meet in the Phoenix room at 10:00 am, and homeowners can attend. All homeowners will have an opportunity to comment. Upon final orders, materials can be subject to change based on availability.
