Meet Michelle - New Communications Director

Hello neighbors! My name is Michelle Keddell, and I’m excited to join the Cottonwood Palo Verde community as your new Communications Director. My background is in corporate marketing, communications, and storytelling, where I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of creative campaigns designed to connect people with information, experiences, and the communities around them. Over the years, I’ve helped develop marketing initiatives and communication strategies that focus on clear messaging, engagement, and building meaningful connections.


Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, including my two daughters (Rowen & Remi) and our pets (Dogs & Chickens). I enjoy being outdoors, exploring new places, and working on creative projects. I’m someone who values strong communities and the relationships that make them special.

In my role here at Cottonwood Palo Verde, my goal is to make community communications easier to navigate, more engaging, and more helpful for everyone. I’m working to streamline the information we share, highlight the people and stories that make this community unique, and ensure residents can quickly find what matters most to them.


Most importantly, I want this to be a collaborative effort. I’m always open to ideas, feedback, and stories from residents. If you have something you’d like to share or a suggestion that could help improve how we communicate, I would truly love to hear from you.
