As many of you have likely noticed, road construction is underway in Palo Verde and will continue through this week and into next. While we understand that this may cause temporary inconvenience, these improvements are an important investment in the long-term quality, safety, and appearance of our community.
This project is designed to enhance driving conditions, improve drainage, and extend the lifespan of our roadways—helping protect property values and ensure a smoother, safer experience for residents and guests alike.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Please continue to follow posted signage and allow for a little extra travel time as work progresses. We are working closely with contractors to minimize disruption and complete the project as efficiently as possible.
