A Family For Your Family

Sunday, February 22, 2026

It was called the Tabernacle of the Testimony in Exodus and then the Tent of Witness in Revelation. Those around it sing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb. Every disciple has a song to sing. What is your song? Join us on Sunday at 8:45 or 11:00 as we look at chapter 15 and consider your song at the sanctuary.

If you cannot attend in person, check out our live stream at 11:00 AM on Facebook or YouTube, or go to Dublinbaptist.com and click the

"Online Services" button.

Preschool

Our preschoolers will finish up February with the story of Jesus teaching when a group of people brings Him a woman who was caught doing something wrong. People want to know whether Jesus will keep God’s rules or show God’s love. Jesus tells them that anyone who has never sinned can punish the woman, and one by one, they all leave. Jesus tells the woman to do what God wants her to do, but He does not punish her. Jesus shows us that God sent Him to love and forgive us, because Jesus loves us no matter what!

HELP! Our preschool area needs your help. We are looking for volunteers at both 9:45 and 11:00. Can you serve once a month? Once a quarter? Please contact Patty at pgiammarco@dublinbaptist.com.

We kindly request that you register your family so that we are prepared for you. I am really excited about this night! It will be “come as dressed up as you want,” we are doing a Red-Carpet theme! A snack dinner will be served! You can register your family by clicking on this link.

Wednesday Night DBC Kids Are back! We are in a series on Prayer! We would love to have your K-6th graders join us on Wednesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM.

VBS Dates are June 7-11, 6:00–8:30 PM. Sign-ups to serve will be up soon!!

On Sunday Mornings, our kindergarten-5th graders are starting a new theme: “Like and Subscribe, Share the Love of Jesus.” On the night before He gave up His life, Jesus told his friends, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Sounds simple, right? But instead of acknowledging that God is love, culture has decided that love is God. Our world applies “love” to everything from romance and favorite ice cream flavors to encouraging people to do whatever feels best in the moment. That’s why kids need a radical redefinition of what true love looks like: choosing to treat others the way Jesus treats us. This month, we’ll explore four stories from the life of Jesus, starting with Nicodemus. Kids will discover that God loves not just them, but the entire world—everyone who has ever lived or will live—and that this love led Jesus to take on human form to rescue us. We’ll cover the most important commandment, to love God and love others, and we’ll see how the love of Jesus dramatically changed Zacchaeus. Finally, we’ll look at the time that Jesus healed both the daughter of an important leader and a suffering, outcast woman, as a reminder that we can show love to people in need. Each week, we will send home a take-home page with 4 devotions! As well as a parent page! These are resources we want you, as parents, to be able to utilize with ease!

Our 6th graders are continuing through their study on finding their Identity in Christ! Each lesson delves into the Bible to help preteens develop a worldview grounded in God’s perspective. Each Bible study is designed to help leaders encourage and teach preteens with the unchanging truth of God’s Word as they grapple with an ever-changing culture. Each session is primarily discussion-based.

Ways you can pray for DBC Kid Ministry in 2026

o  Pray for parents as they are leading their children

o  Pray for our teachers as they share God’s word with kids each week

o  Pray for our kids, the world is a different place, and they are facing a lot of things

o  Pray for me (Ms. Amy) as RJ and I prepare to move to a new house here in Dublin. And also, prayers for wisdom on how to move forward with some new ideas.
