A Family For Your Family

Sunday, October 18, 2026

Knowing what to do is one thing, being able to do it is another.

Join us at 8:45 and 11:00 as we conclude our sermon series on

The Answer for Anxiety by looking at the model of Paul and what he calls us to practice.

If you cannot attend in person, you can watch our live stream at 11:00 AM on Facebook, YouTube, or visit Dublinbaptist.com and click the "Online Services" button.

THE BIG THING

Operation Christmas Child Packing Party is on Sunday, November 15! We will meet at the ARC after the 11 AM service. Help us pack boxes and enjoy a light lunch while we do it together.

Empty boxes are outside the main sanctuary this weekend for you to take home and do individual/family boxes. All boxes must be returned by November 8, 2026!

Shopping tip:

Very few children have their own eating/drinking items.

We are looking to fill that need. You can purchase 30 sturdy drinking cups with lids on Amazon for $30.00, and 28 reusable travel utensil sets with a case for $28.00.

All Donations can be placed in the green bins by the greeters tables.

The Answer for Anxiety Sermon Series

Sundays, September 13 - October 18

Join us for the final sermon in our series this Sunday. When Paul says, “Be anxious for nothing,” he has more than a wishful idea in mind. Paul gives us a plan that we can use to overcome the anxiety in our lives. Discover the Biblical Answer for Anxiety as we walk through Paul’s detailed plan in Philippians.

Invest in our Church Building Repair

Our church is more than a building; it is where faith grows, lives are changed, and our community comes together. As our building ages, we need funds for repairs to our roof, heating, and AC units, and outer doors. Please give as you are able; your support today builds a stronger church for tomorrow. You may give by clicking on this link or picking up a special offering envelope in the pews on Sunday. Thank you for your faith, your prayers, and your generosity.

Men's Breakfast

Saturday, November 7 • 8:00-9:30 AM • The ARC

Preschool

This Sunday, our PRESCHOOLERS will learn that we can trust God no matter what happens because “God’s got it.” They will hear about the prophet Elijah and how God provides him with food and water during a drought. Then God sends Elijah to a city where he meets a woman. Elijah asks her for water and bread, but the woman cannot help him because she only has enough flour and oil for one last meal for her and her son. Elijah tells her that God says she will always have flour and oil until He sends more rain. And it happens exactly like God said it would.

DBC Kids

Wednesday night DBC Kids meet from 6:30-7:30. We are in a series on the Ten Commandments, using Donuts to illustrate each commandment! Kindergarten-6th graders are welcome to join us!

Sunday Mornings in October

Our kids are singing in the 11:00 service on October 25!

In October, our goal is to equip our Kindergarten – 5th graders to understand that no matter what they face, God is fighting with them and for them. Jesus wins! And in the end, everything will be made right, even if it’s not our timeline. With this truth in mind, we can always find strength and courage in God! Our theme for the month helps kids discover THE SAFE PLACE: God is stronger than anyone or anything.

Our Verse for October is Psalm 46:1.

Our 6th graders are in the middle of their series about Truth! Each lesson dives into the Bible to help preteens develop a worldview based on God’s perspective. Each Bible study is designed to help leaders encourage and teach preteens with the unchanging truth of God’s Word as they are grappling with an ever-changing culture around them.
