I bring you greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! My name is Sister Pamela Foote, National Usher Board President and Brother Paul Alston is our
Vice President.
Our 72nd Holy Convocation will be held beginning Tuesday, August 2 through Friday, August 5, 2016 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, 2100 Bush River Road in Columbia, SC. We are in need of ushers for the following dates:
August 2, 2016 | Tuesday - Southern Region Day (we need ushers from the Southern Region to be prepared to serve at the 10:00am, 6:00pm, and 8:00pm services)
August 3, 2016 | Wednesday - Women's Ministry Day (Missionary Ushers please be prepared to serve on your day for the 6:00pm and 8:00pm services)
August 4, 2016 | Thursday - Northern Regional Day (we need ushers from the Northern Region to be prepared to serve at the 10:00am, 6:00pm, and 8:00pm services)
August 5, 2016 | Friday - Men's Ministry Day (we are requesting at least eight ushers for the 6:00pm and 8:00pm services).

Blessings and Greetings in the Precious Name of Jesus,
It was great to speak to everyone on our previous conference call in preparation for the upcoming 72nd Holy Convocation. We have a great group of songs for those clergy’s and deacon’s wives who plan to participate in the Clergy & Deacon’s Wives Choir during Wednesday evening’s service at 6 PM.
Choir Song List – He’s Able by Deitrick Haddon, Stand by Donnie McClurkin Choir, and Battlefield by Norman Hutchins (Please let me know if you know the lead to either song or if you direct either song at your church).

Calling All Altar Workers

“And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive", Mt. 21:22
Praise the Lord Pastors!
As our 2016 Holy Convocation approaches, we are praying to see the hand of God move mightily throughout our services, especially during altar calls.
Knowing that effective ministry requires preparation and total commitment, we would like to have full assurance that altar workers will be on hand at all times during service hours.
In order to have adequate assignments for our Holy Convocation and other National Meetings (as needed), it is imperative that we come together on one accord as we minister to those in need whether it be healing, deliverance, guidance, seeking salvation, or counsel. Psalms: 43:4 – “
Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy.….”
Please send me the names, telephone numbers, and addresses or email addresses of each altar worker you have currently serving. We will use this information to compile a WOTCC National Altar Workers Registry. I would like to receive this information by July 27, 2016, so that we may plan accordingly. However, I will also accept this information at the convocation.
Additionally, Elder Barnett the chairman of the Elder/Minsters Auxiliary, is asking all elders and ministers who are non-pastors to be ready to pray for those desiring prayer during the altar call. Please proceed to the front once altar call has begun. Pastors are also welcome to assist, we want to ensure the ministerial staff is in place at the start of altar call.
