Permission to Access Versus Trespassing
If accessing a listed property requires an appointment, the buyer's agent, appraiser or home inspector should have a confirmation that the appointment was granted. Just texting the listing agent with your intent to go is not confirming an appointment. A seller may see your entry as trespassing.
