We are re-opening Thursday, October 1! Join us for our grand re-opening weekend Thursday, October 1 - Sunday, October 4. No charge to enter!
Join us back in the pool for some family fun! Limited capacity may occur.
We are back and we missed you!
These past few months have been challenging for everyone, and we hope that you are all safe and healthy amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our members back to the Aquatic Center. As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we will remain focused on keeping our employees and our patrons safe, healthy, and informed. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Things will look a little different when our doors open on October 1st. Please be sure to stay informed with our new policies, hours, and other changes listed below.

Face Covering
Please wear a mask
All patrons will need to wear a mask at all times in the facility. We want to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Don’t have a mask? Unfortunately, without a mask you will not be permitted to using the facility. While in the lobby, locker rooms, pool deck or any other areas of the facility, you must have a mask on. Only while swimming in the water, patrons will not be permitted to using a mask.
Practice social distancing
Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other patrons. Let’s all be as safe as possible!

Look for floor markings and wall signs as spacing indicators in high traffic areas of the facility.

Sanitize and wash hands often

Sanitizing stations are placed all over the facility. Please be sure to keep your hands clean prior to, and after, touching a high touch-point area.

Please remember to wash your hands after using the bathroom, coughing or sneezing.
Feeling Unwell?

For the safety of yourself and others, please stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms.

Upon arrival to the Aquatic Center, our front desk representatives will ask you a series of health screening questions. It is imperative that you are honest when answering for the safety of yourself and others.

Fitness Room Closure
During this time, the fitness room will remain closed until further notice.

All fitness membership prorated refunds are being processed from our closure since 3/15/20.

At this time, our aerobics program has been paused. We hope to re-integrate water aerobics classes in the near future.

All unlimited class pass membership prorated refunds are being processed from our closure since 3/15/20.
Membership Account Information

If you had a Green Membership
A prorated refund is being processed and sent your way! The prorated refund will equate to the amount per day of days you had left on your account after 3/15/2020.


If you had an active White Membership (active after 10/1/20)
You should have been sent a letter with a few options:
  1. A prorated refund for the balance remaining on your membership
  2. A prorated credit to your Town of Tonawanda household account for the balance remaining on your membership
  3. Opt to convert to a pool only membership
As we receive your letters, we are processing your requests. We appreciate your patience, as we process each individual request!


If you had an expired White Membership (expired before 10/1/20)
A prorated refund is being processed and sent your way! The prorated refund will equate to the amount per day of days you had left on your account after 3/15/2020.


If you had a Blue Membership
We have extended your membership to account for the days we were closed. We tacked on the days you were owed to the original expiration date of your membership.


If you had an Unlimited Class Pass Membership
A prorated refund is being processed and sent your way! The prorated refund will equate to the amount per day of days you had left on your account after 3/15/2020

Family: $20/ month 
Senior: $10/ month (limited facility access)
 
All memberships are available to pay in full for the annual fee amount. Proof of residency and age is required for the purchase of a resident membership. See rates below:

Limited Access, For Your Safety

As of now, the whirlpool, sauna and steam room will be closed. Our goal is to open all pool amenties, in the future, once things return to a safe state.

Additionally, our pool locker rooms will have limited capacity during this time. No more than 20 people will be permitted in the locker rooms at a time. The locker room showers will not be available, as of right now; However, the deck showers are available for basic rinsing.
