MESSAGE FROM THE CEO, Kevin Drumheller,

Friends and Family of Richcroft,

Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes new opportunities to celebrate, connect, and advocate for the incredible individuals we support every day. March is a special month for us, as it marks Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month—a time to highlight the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and the limitless potential of adults with disabilities.

At Richcroft, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling and joyful life. This month, we are excited to share stories of resilience, spotlight the achievements of our community members, and provide opportunities for you to get involved in creating a more inclusive world.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Your support, kindness, and advocacy make a real difference. Together, we make happiness happen!

All my best,

Kevin

 "We're Here All Year!"

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month and this year's theme is

"We're Here All Year!"

The purpose of this campaign is to showcase the diverse ways people with developmental disabilities are working,

going to school, volunteering,

and participating in their communities.

While orange is the official color of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, symbolizing energy and positivity, it's important to recognize the importance of inclusion not only in March, but all year, every year!

Meet Artist Joe Harter!

Joe Harter is a talented and accomplished artist whose work has been showcased in gallery exhibitions and featured in magazines. Recently, he began receiving support services from Richcroft.

We recently had the opportunity to visit Joe, along with his Case Manager Belinda Thompson, in the picturesque community of Havre de Grace, where the beauty of his surroundings often inspires his creativity. His Direct Support Professional, Carol, who has worked alongside him for many years, joined him when he started at Richcroft and the two of them not only share a close bond, but they are neighbors in this beautiful waterside town. Joe enjoys visiting local restaurants and as an avid biker, he can often be found riding his bike throughout the community!

This year, Joe will be creating and donating a special art piece for Richcroft's second annual Raise a Glass with Richcroft fundraiser event which will be held Friday, May 9th at the stunning Boordy Vineyards! Joe's creation will be featured and available for purchase at the silent auction, along with other art pieces made by our talented Richcroft supported individuals.

Joe expressed his excitement about the donation, sharing that he enjoys using his artistic talents to inspire and connect with others.

We invite you to come and meet the artist and join Joe at this year’s event.

Richcroft's New

Corporate Headquarters!

Richcroft’s Big Move: A New Chapter for Growth and Innovation

In 2025, Richcroft, Inc. took an exciting step forward with the relocation of its corporate headquarters to a larger, modern space in the Loveton Business Park in Sparks, Maryland. While the move was just a short distance, the impact on the organization is significant.

The new 25,500-square-foot facility offers expanded offices for leadership, a state-of-the-art Snoezelen Sensory Room, a training kitchen for building independent living skills, and a dedicated Dayhab Space for programs like Art Therapy and vocational training. These features not only support the growing team but also enhance the experience for the individuals Richcroft serves.

This move is a reflection of the organization’s commitment to growth, innovation, and to providing the highest level of support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As Richcroft continues to expand its services across Baltimore and beyond, the new headquarters ensure that the organization remains prepared for the future!
