Meet & Greet in Surrey,
British Columbia

On February 10, 35 patients and caregivers gathered for a patient and caregiver Meet & Greet event in Surrey, British Columbia. It was a wonderful opportunity for individuals to meet and exchange with others impacted by myeloma in the lower mainland, and learn more about the disease and its management. Thank you to Dr Shustik for giving a presentation to the group on Myeloma 101, as well as to Cindy Manchulenko for presenting Side Effect Management. A sincere thank you to Kundan Uppal-Dubinsky and Keith Taylor for helping to coordinate this event and for your dedication in making myeloma matter.

As a result of the meeting, we are pleased to announce the formation of a new support group in Surrey and surrounding areas! To join this group, or for more information, please contact Kundan, at gkdub@shaw.ca .
