GOSOSY will soon be collecting all data for the 2019-2020 school year and summer services. One of the most important pieces of our data collection focuses on your use of the Goal Setting materials and Personal Learning Plans.

Updated Goal Setting Assessment / Evaluation
The   Goal Setting Student Self-Evaluation  is designed to help the students consider where they are on the journey toward fulfilling goals. It may be used to assist both students and service providers in determining the most accurate score on the Goal Setting Assessment Rubric, while also providing space for the student to reflect and describe their experience.
