What is PCDA:
A multi-disciplinary agency that provides therapy services for infants, children and teens with autism and other developmental challenges using the DIRFloortime approach.

What problems do you solve?
“Most important, we’re helping parents understand and enjoy their child. We help children advance their development, and support relationships between parent- child, family and friends. We serve children between birth and 21 years of age who have, or are at risk for, behavioral and developmental challenges due to a variety of reasons.”  

What do you do for fun:
“I’m learning French!”

“DIRFloortime! I am passionate about using this approach to help the children we serve build real friendships and become happy engaged and creative, and teaching others about DIRFloortime.”

What do you want people to know about PCDA
“We’re a non-profit that could use more support- both donations and volunteers. We’re doing important work and transforming lives. We serve more than 1,000 children each year. Volunteers support us in a variety of ways, including administrative tasks and direct experience helping with children in our programs and departments. Volunteers are also involved with special events, conferences, training and workshops.”
