Travel Restrictions
As part of these measures, travel restrictions have been put in place. Vermonters are advised against any non-essential travel, including within Vermont, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Casella Construction remains an essential business, which allows us to continue to travel to our jobsite destinations. Leisure travel is discouraged, and there is now a mandatory quarantine for anyone returning or traveling to Vermont.
Social Gatherings Restrictions
The Governor has also advised that people from multiple households should not gather, and that parties, celebrations, holiday gatherings etc. should be limited to only members of a single household.
Pandemic Fatigue
We understand the toll these restrictions have taken over the past 8 months. Pandemic fatigue is real - everyone is exhausted from the social distancing, mask wearing, and constant hand washing, among other things.
We need everyone to stay the course. The measures we have had in place are effective and necessary, and we cannot let our guard down, especially now. It is important to protect ourselves and our co-workers, and to remain focused on continuing our important work in the community.
Thank you everyone, for continuing to do your part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We will get through this together.

2020 Season Final Thoughts
|
|
"It's been great beginning to work with Casella Construction and getting out on the water with a few employees so far," said Adams. "I'm planning on getting on the water in the spring with a few more of the fishing trip winners once things warm back up again, and anticipate another great year in 2021.
This season was a little bit different for me in that several of the larger professional-level tournaments I typically compete in were cancelled due to COVID-19, but I was still able to compete a lot locally and had a successful year overall. Hopefully 2021 will bring a little more normalcy to my tournament schedule, as well as more time on the water getting to know more of the great people from the Casella team.
I am fortunate to work with some first-class organizations through my fishing endeavors, and Casella Construction is right there at the top of that list. It's been a great partnership so far and I look forward to more collaboration moving forward."
