Swim Safe - Swimsuits

Bright colored swimsuits and life jackets are much easier to spot in the water, so be mindful when buying swimwear this year. Neon oranges, yellows, pinks, and lime green show up best in the water. Avoid grays, blues, and dark shades that are hard to see especially in the glare of the sun.

Park Highlight: Klineline Pond

Also called Salmon Creek Regional Park, Klineline Pond has picnic tables, restrooms, reservable shelters, play equipment, walking trails, a designated swim beach, lifejacket loaner station, and a chlorinated splash pad!

Clark County Public Health monitors both the swim beach and splash pad seasonally.
