Pool Code Revision: What's Happening?

As you may know, the Washington Department of Health is currently reviewing and updating WAC 246-260 and 246-262, also known as the "Pool Code". They are working to better align state code with the CDC's Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC). Draft rules can be viewed by clicking the button below, and input can be sent to their team directly via e-mail.
