US NEWS & WORLD REPORT - BEST HIGH SCHOOLS
U.S. News and World Report 2019 Best High Schools highlighted Kenston as one of the top-performing public schools in Ohio and the country. We were ranked 10th in northeast Ohio, 28th in the state and 727th nationally. Congratulations to our students, staff and community.
“The recognition of the U.S. News and World Report Best High Schools is always an honor as it reinforces not only the outstanding work our teachers have demonstrated but also the effort and achievements of our students. The analysis of this data and other statistics calculated will help drive our future goals and initiatives to continue growth and progress as a school of excellence,” said Principal Tom Gabram. The rankings are based on state assessments in math and reading, graduation rates and how well students are prepared for college – using Advanced Placement test data as the benchmark for success. It shows our focus on college and career readiness.
