Title of Announcement: Family Advocate- Bilingual preferred
Salary: $16.50-$18.50
Position Summary: The Family Advocate primarily serves residential clients, provides support in a non-judgmental manner, and is on-site and available for translation services as needed. Working collaboratively with clients, the Family Advocate assesses immediate client needs and implements methods and resources to meet those needs. This position documents house activities, performs case management, operational and administrative duties, determines appropriateness and safety of client participation in the residential services program in conjunction with supervisor, and if appropriate, provides client transportation. The Family Advocate staffs the crisis line when volunteers are unavailable. The Family Advocate must be available to be on a rotating on-call schedule, and be responsive to phone calls and to immediate law enforcement advocate requests. This position requires reliable transportation.

Position Summary: Agricultural Program Assistants are an integral part of the Commissioner's Pest Detection Trapping Program. As an Assistant, you will focus on:
• Trapping of Glassy-winged Sharpshooter, European Grapevine Moth, exotic fruit flies, and other pests

Position Summary: This Program Support I, II and II reports to a Program Manager or Administrative Manager, views the program or department deliverables, then, provides and arranges supportive services which systematically move components of these deliverables to achieve overall accountability and completion. Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa continues to expand as an agency and provides a wide range of services to many clients throughout the agency. Different programs provide varying service support deliverables in order to meet program goals, agency plans, and grant deliverables. This Program Support position provides administrative, data support, analytical, and facilities support in order to help programs function and meet the needs of the clients we serve. 
This Program Support Staff position provides Front Desk reception support to programs in the Airway Court location which include administration, the Resource Center, Immigration and the Shaw Center. This position supports the learning and guidance of 5 to 7 community volunteers; facilitating the maintenance and organization of resources, referrals and information to clients and related staff, understanding of partnerships and available client resources, and coordinating the distribution of queries (phone, email & online) to relevant agency departments. This Program Support Staff may provide initial triage to outside vendors arriving for facilities and maintenance service calls. This position is full-time, non-exempt.
Title of Announcement: Senior Program Manager, Immigration Services
Salary: Annually $52,000 to $56,000
Position Summary:  The Senior Immigration Program Manager (ISPM) acts as the Program’s Senior Manager for Catholic Charites and the partner agencies represented in the communities Secure Families Collaborative. To support the collaborative, this position works with staff and community organizations to coordinate client intake and track all activities related to client removal proceedings. The Senior Immigration Program Manager coordinates outreach and services, oversees quality assurance and grants compliance, prepares pertinent data and narrative reports. The position works with program leadership to oversee and track project expenditures, maintain the project's financial records, and track donations and in-kind goods and services received. Additionally, she/he provides assistance to the Immigration Program with administrative tasks. Preference and consideration given for candidates who are bilingual (English/Spanish) and familiar with the cultures and client backgrounds for those served in the Immigration program.
