2025 Annual Conference & Awards

We’re thrilled to announce Amanda Kwong, MPH, as the keynote speaker for our upcoming 2025 Annual Conference & Awards, Mobilizing for the Moment, on Wednesday, October 22 at the Ivy Tech Conference Center in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Amanda Kwong, MPH, is the Director of the Public Health Communications Collaborative (PHCC) at the de Beaumont Foundation. As PHCC’s Director, Amanda manages the development of timely, relevant, and practical tools for public health communicators across the country to use. Through these communication tools and learning opportunities, PHCC helps 40,000+ health professionals communicate more effectively to ensure that everyone has what they need to make informed decisions about their health. It is through Amanda’s unique background in advertising, social impact, and public health that her deep interest in effective public health communications continues to grow.

We can’t wait to learn from Amanda as she helps us Mobilize for the Moment. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to hear from a leading voice in public health!

We’ll be gathering at City Tap House - Penn Quarter (901 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001) on Monday, November 3 from 6:30 to 9:30 PM ET. All Indiana public health professionals, students, partners, and friends are welcome, and there is no cost to attend. Please RSVP to let us know you’ll be there!

In the News: Standing Strong for Public Health

Our CEO was recently featured in WTHR and WVPE, reinforcing our stance that vaccines protect children, families, and entire communities — and that Indiana’s health is strongest when science leads the way.

We are committed to supporting public health professionals and amplifying their expertise, ensuring Hoosiers stay informed and up to date on vaccines, and urging lawmakers to fund evidence-based public health. Together, we can build a healthier Indiana grounded in trust, science, and community.

2025 Indiana Health Equity Symposium

The 2025 Indiana Health Equity Symposium would not have been possible without the generous support of our partners. Their commitment helps strengthen our collective action for community health and makes gatherings like this one possible.

We are deeply grateful for their partnership in advancing health equity across Indiana!
