We’ve reached the spot on the calendar where you start to reflect on your year, trying to figure out if it was successful. Usually when doing so, we default to the common—and often numerical—definitions of success, but there is more to "success" than the balance of a bank account, a letter grade, square footage of a house or numbers on a spreadsheet.
