Kiss those winter blues goodbye as we spring forward into March! Join us for St. Paddy’s Day festivities, team tournaments, pop-up markets, lawn parties, and more, with a jam-packed calendar of recreational fun for everyone.

Support Local Art

Love art? Gwinnett’s shining bright in the local arts scene! Select facilities host art shows with opening receptions for local artists. Offering free admission, check out five new exhibits opening this month around the county, showcasing unique collections.

 

Upcoming exhibitions:

  • Visit Bogan Park from Saturday, March 1 through Saturday, May 31 to experience the “Children at Play: Historic Toys” exhibit featuring a quaint collection of dolls and toys.
  • Uncover the unique stories of six of Gwinnett’s historical sites at the “Preserving Gwinnett’s History” art exhibit from Saturday, March 1 through Saturday, May 31 at OneStop Centerville.
  • Running from Monday, March 10 through Saturday, May 31, the “Favored” art show by Antonia Simmons will take you on a journey of creative expression and colorful works at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse.
  • Stop by Pinckneyville Park from Monday, March 10 through Saturday, May 31 to view captivating portraits and landscapes by Aldridge Murrell Photography. There will be an artist reception on Friday, March 21 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
  • Explore the vibrant nature-inspired paintings by Francoise Lama-Solet in “Unleashed” at the Lilburn Activity Building from Monday, March 17 through Wednesday, April 16.
