Applying for a Constable Grant
The Constable Fund provides grants to fund mission initiatives that were not provided for within the budget of The Episcopal Church as approved by General Convention 2018, with a stated preference for work in the area of religious education. To apply through Province II, you must have notified secretary of the Province, the Rev. Jimmie Sue Deppe, by November 1, 2021 and you must have your completed application filed with the secretary of the Province, the Rev. Jimmie Sue Deppe, by November 12. Imagine the impact if the Episcopal Church joined this ecumenical campaign.
#ThursdaysinBlack is a global ecumenical campaign of the World Council of Churches. In 2019, the ELCA Churchwide Assembly adopted a social policy resolution calling upon all people across all expressions of the church to join by wearing black on Thursdays, and actively participating in various reflection and action items.
In every country, gender-based violence is a tragic reality. This violence is frequently hidden, and victims are often silent, fearing stigma and further violence.
We all have a responsibility to speak out against violence, to ensure that women and men, boys and girls, including people who are transgender, and people who are gender non-conforming, are safe from rape and violence in homes and schools, at work and in society, and in our churches.

“El Librito” is ready to ship! - Before the pandemic struck, TryTank announced the Spanish Missalette experiment. It aims to save the time a Latino leader spends preparing a bulletin each week. Now that most congregations are back to meeting in person, the books are ready. The missal contains the Eucharistic rites from El Libro de Oración Común and all the Sunday readings between Advent I and the end of the season of Epiphany. As long as participating congregations are willing to participate in a survey before and after using the books, there is no cost for the missals. Interested congregations can fill out an interest form here.
Advent is coming soon! Check out these Advent resources >
