Joint Leadership Meeting & Workshop: Why Should You Attend?
A 2015 study found 75% of congregations have faced conflict. By 2022, 42% of pastors considered leaving ministry due to stress, isolation, and political division. Christian schools struggle to attract and retain teachers as enrollment in teacher preparation programs declines, 8% leave annually, and 41% exit before five years. These realities underscore why the Joint Leadership Meeting & Workshop is an essential opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue and explore collaborative strategies for sustaining healthy ministries and schools.
