Zone 11 LWML Retreat Recap

Last weekend (10/4-6) the Zone 11 LWML ladies hosted a retreat for all the CNH women at Kilauea Military Camp located in Volcanoes National Park on the big island of Hawaii. Retreat speakers included Pastor Doua Xiong, Linda Patel, Pastor Zier, and CNH LWML President Roxan Schwab. Pastor Mark Zier's adult class between worship services swelled to standing room only as many of the women and some husbands joined the study. It was a true blessing to be surrounded by so many sisters and brothers, as we all worshipped together!

Updates on the East Coast Devastation

We continually pray for the communities that have been devastated by Helene and Milton. The most important need is an immediate need for 18,000 personal hygiene kits and 15,000 flood clean-up kits. Kits can be created locally and shipped to St. Peter's in Conover, NC, or individual supplies can be sent directly to the church. There are additional ways our CNH congregations can help as well!

1) Monetary Support - You can support relief efforts through gifts to the Mid-South District's Disaster Relief Fund, The SouthEastern District, and the Florida-Georgia District. Click here for details.

2) Prayer - Pray for safety for the victims, strength for the volunteers and first responders, and peace and relief for all of those affected by this tragedy.
