Great Things are Happening on Campus
As the new academic year gets underway, NYMC is pleased to announce new features to enhance campus life. A new bocce ball court was installed outside of the Instrument Shop in the BSB or you can try your luck at horseshoes outside of the Alumni House which is getting a new patio makeover. The façade of the SHSP had a refresh and a path leads to a new courtyard patio with seating and a mega chess board measuring 16 feet by 16 feet and pieces standing three feet tall. Indoors, the lobby of Sunshine Cottage is now graced with a grand piano, a 1964 instrument crafted by Knabe and donated by the Riverdale Country School. Members of the NYMC community who wish to tickle the ivories must contact the Office of Public Safety at (914) 594-4226 for permission and access. Stay tuned for updates on new basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts.
