Make a donation to the Milestones Annual Fund today.

Milestones has adapted our crucial services so we can continue to serve families looking for a sense of hope and community while stuck in isolation. We assist families with their concerns in real time, connecting them with the right resources to keep their loved ones on track.

Common challenges Milestones is helping to address right now:
  • Accessing available financial resources for families who have recently lost their jobs or part of their income
  • Pinpointing unique ESY options for students receiving limited support from their schools
  • Creating a plan and having resources for deescalating challenging behaviors, increased stress and meltdowns

As we navigate this situation together, Milestones is grateful to our donors who make this work possible. Together, we can provide stability and evidence-based guidance during a time
when it matters the most.

We appreciate your support so we can continue to serve our incredible clients and community.

From One Self-Advocate to Another - Advice for Developing Advocacy Skills
Milestones is proud to have such a strong self-advocate like Molly D. Dann-Pipinias on our staff. She is a public speaker and writer who covers all things autism, and is always looking for ways to share her insight as a woman on the spectrum to educate and encourage others.

This month, Molly shares what self-advocacy means to her and provides some tips for those looking to become stronger advocates for themselves.
Milestones + All Voting is Local Partnership
Milestones Autism Resources recently assisted All Voting Is Local in the creation of a recent campaign to inform voters about the new remote ballot marking system available to voters in Ohio.

For voters who are blind, low-vision and low-mobility, casting a ballot by mail independently is impossible through existing systems. This new remote ballot marking system makes vote-by-mail a viable option for the first time. This was especially important for last month's primary, with many states making changes in response to COVID-19.
