The Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN) is pleased to announce a program enhancement that will stimulate participation by property owners who own multifamily properties located in Disadvantaged Communities (DACs). In order to incentivize DAC community owners to engage with the SoCalREN, we are increasing the project cost incentive cap from 50% to 75%. In order to qualify, the property must meet all other applicable criteria and be located in one of these ZIP codes. Projects not located in these ZIP codes are subject to the 50% project cost cap.
The Southern California Regional Energy Network is administered by the County of Los Angeles and funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
