EMA, Student Information, and Enrollment Forms

The district and building are continuing to use a program called FinalForms. This is for any child currently enrolled in our schools. All of these forms will need to be up to date for the 2023-24 school year.

Technology and Communication

1 to 1 Device for Students:

IMS is a full 1 to 1 Google Chromebook school. Each student in grades 5-8 will receive their individual Chromebook within the first week of school. These devices will need to be taken home nightly for ALL students to be charged for the next work day.

Email Communication:

All large group communication with our IMS community will continue to use Constant Contact this year. While no product can guarantee 100% delivery of emails, Constant Contact has one of the best percentages. If you know of anyone not receiving information please have them notify me personally or visit the website listed below to ensure they are up to date on all content.

Student Arrival

Doors open at 7:15AM for any students being dropped off. This means student drop-off is from 7:15-7:36AM. Students arriving after 7:36AM will have to check in at the main office front doors.

5th and 6th grade car riders: Students enter through the auditorium doors located in the back of the building. This will be the same for pick-up after school.

7th and 8th grade car riders: Students enter through the front of the building auditorium doors. Pick-up students will exit via the main office front doors.

*If you have multiple students in multiple grades then follow 5th and 6th grade entrance/exit.

Social Media Awareness

Saturn

As you start to consider more Social Media apps for your child please consider investigating and having in-depth conversations about a new app called Saturn. This app is now being used for students to share personal schedules and link personal information.
