EZ Pay

Want to Pay School Fees and/or Add Money to your Child’s Lunch Account?

Follow the steps below to access the online payment system called EZpay.

Dear Parents,

We provide an online system to pay student and activity fees and add money to lunch accounts. You may use your credit and/or debit card to make transactions. We cannot take credit card payments at our offices; this is only available online. Lunch accounts will be EZpay only. The school offices will still accept cash and checks for student and activity fees.

If you have already created an account in EZPay, you should be able to login and see all students who have been previously registered. You can add new students to your existing account using their Student ID (see directions to find your child’s student ID number below).

Parents who are first-time users must first create an account. To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Go to our district’s website (www.independence.k12.oh.us), select “menu,” and find the circular EZPay button in the upper right-hand side of the page.
  • Once on the payment site, complete the registration page and add your child’s name and student ID number.

How to find your child’s student ID number:

  • Log onto your child’s FinalForms account.
  • Your child’s student ID number is a nine-digit number beside or underneath their name.

Once you have registered and created a password, you will not need to enter the student ID number again. You can check your child’s account balances and pay for fees by adding them to your cart and checking out. Every transaction has a flat fee of $1.60, regardless of the amount.

If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school, EZpay at 866-693-9729, or email EZpay at info@spsezpay.com.

We hope this system will make payments easier and more convenient for parents.
