Transportation Change Reminders!
Pick Up Patrol (PuP) is used here at IHES to manage student dismissal and for parents/guardians to communicate transportation plans to teachers and school staff. If you are not using PuP we ask that you begin ASAP. Knowing your child's daily transportation plans ensures that we get your child home in a safe and timely manner.

If you are already using PuP, thank you! Here are a couple of tips on using the program:
  • Make sure your child's default (aka daily) plans are up to date
  • Any daily changes must be entered by 2:30 p.m. (if a change comes up after this time please call the office 513-272-4703)
  • Teachers will follow whatever has been entered in PuP unless you have contacted the office with a change
Updated Information!
Please plan to join us on February 28 from 6-7 p.m. for the first annual district wide STEM Night at the High School. Curious? Click below to learn more and to view an interactive Map for pre-planning.
Car Rider Line Procedures and Safety Reminders - Please Read!

  • Please Remain in your vehicle at all times! A staff member will assist the student with exiting and entering the vehicle when necessary.
  • NEVER pull out and attempt to pass other vehicles anywhere in line with the exception of the "Circle".
  • Please do not pull in to a vacant spot to collect your student. The line moves quickly. backing out of a spot is a safety hazard and causes delays to the entire line.
  • Have your Hang Tag with your child's name visible. This helps to expedite the process. Need a new tag? Let a staff member know.
