News from School

Veterans Day Information Indian Hill Primary and Elementary are looking forward to honoring veterans on Friday, November 11 (Veterans Day), and would like to invite any veteran who has a connection to a Primary/Elementary School student to participate in a short car parade. If you or a family member are interested in participating, we ask that you RSVP using this Google form and line your car up at 9:20 a.m. in the Primary parking lot (near the playground) on Friday, November 11.  Staff members will be assisting cars on where to wait. The parade will begin at approximately 9:40 a.m. The cars participating in the parade will be directed to drive through the bus lot where the IHPS students will be lined up to see the veterans and then head across the street to IHES. We want the event to be meaningful to those involved, so please plan to allow the veteran to be a passenger to engage with the students. For everyone’s safety, please refrain from using phones, cameras, or recording devices while driving. Students are invited to bring a picture of a veteran they know to school to share with their classmates. Looking forward to this very special day!
