A concentrated 2 weeks of yoga, meditation and pranayama will
sharpen your focus to give you just enough structure to maintain
your personal Sedona Retreat.
Fill in the rest of your time with what ever you want to do.
Reading, hiking, massage, Dancing On The Rocks...
