Change in hoopla for Bucks County Patrons
Due to the large increase in hoopla downloads and the resulting increase in cost to the library, we have made the decision to limit the use of hoopla to Montgomery County patrons only. Starting June 1, Bucks County patrons will no longer have access to Indian Valley’s hoopla collection.
Access to Data Axle Reference Solutions will end on June 14 for IVPL patrons. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

During the month of July, the library will host a drive for Pawsibilities Animal Rescue and we need your help. For this craft program, we will be making signs to advertise the drive. Join us for a casual outdoor storytime for children of all ages. Feel free to bring a snack or a lunch, though this is not required. We will meet at the pavilion outside. This program may be moved inside due to weather.

1. Between June 1 and August 31, read or listen to three (3) books that fit into the categories of one line (vertically, horizontally or diagonally) for tic-tac-toe!
2. Fill in the title and author of each book that you read or listened to. No duplicate titles allowed.
3. Fill in your contact information. Return the tic-tac-toe sheet(s) to the library by August 31 to be entered into the drawing for a chance to win a gift card to a local business! You can do one, two or all three of the sheets.

This month's guest poet, Marilyn Gross has always loved words - English and Hebrew - and gets lost in the world of a book. Crosswords and puzzles of all kinds have always been a welcome pastime. As a teacher and mother, Marilyn always thought reading to children was an important and enjoyable activity. Serendipity led her to the Forgotten Voices poetry group in 1991 and she found herself writing poetry, something she had never done before. In 1994, she joined a memoirs group and has been teaching memoir writing at the Senior Center in Souderton since 1997.

Explore different educational ideas in this roundtable discussion of classic ancient and modern texts. Read texts ahead of class from authors such as Plato, Aristotle, Barr, and Holt and come prepared to discuss the learning principles put forward by each author. A museum professional for almost 20 years, Kelly has a passion for uncovering history and bringing to light lesser-known stories from the past. Kelly is a native of New Mexico and a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University.

These Vinyasa flow classes offer body strengthening postures and postures to encourage flexibility all through using breathing techniques. These flow classes are great for beginners!

Helping the Homeless, While Recycling!
Did you know recycled grocery bags can create colorful, woven mats for homeless individuals in our community? Through a partnership with Integrate for Good and Angels in Motion, the Indian Valley Public Library is joining the project. Each week community members will join to learn different parts of the project including cutting bags, making loops, making "plarn" (plastic yarn), and weaving the mats on a loom.

The Indian Valley Photography Club consists of advanced amateurs and those just beginning their journey into photography. Our members photograph a wide range of subjects including nature, landscape. macro, portraiture, sports, travel and much more.
Our mission is to encourage knowledge, skills and enjoyment of photography through monthly meetings, workshops, lectures and demonstrations encompassing all phases of photography.
Regular monthly Indian Valley Photography Club meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of every month.
